Recruiter, Executive Search, Talent Acquisition (f/m/x)

About the job

  • You are owning the recruiting process for all roles across the organisation (including tech, robotics, operations and management) and act as a consultant to internal stakeholders
  • You actively source and contact candidates using Linkedin etc, and are accountable for our employer branding to find innovative methods of sourcing
  • You select the right channels and job boards for each position and manage the candidate pipeline
  • You develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and future needs of the business
  • You create and maintain relationships with other recruiters, internal stakeholders through strategic partnerships to maximise total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition
  • You ensure our candidates have a red carpet amazing candidate experience and act as the owner of the recruitment process ensuring the collaboration of all internal stakeholders
  • You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimisation

Who we are looking for

  • You have at least 2 to 3 years experience gained either within a recruiting agency OR as a full-cycle recruiter within a professional environment
  • You are experienced in active sourcing and attracting the right talent through different channels
  • You have demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders with different demands at the same time
  • You demonstrate full competency/mastery in recruitment and are tech savvy as it relates to ATS, CRM & AI tools including but not limited to Workday, Phenom, Github, Stackoverflow etc.
  • You have high business acumen with the ability and thirst to learn about complex business models and to explain them to potential leaders and candidates
  • You are highly customer driven and believe in quality of service and communication
  • You are data driven and have worked in an environment where recruiting metrics and KPI’s have evolved and are enable business to be successful
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English
  • You are a curious and passionate individual that shows a strong interest in talent acquisition and the executive leadership vertical
  • You love robots and good food around the globe
