Your main tasks will be the following ones:
: You prepare working contracts and documents, maintain our personnel data in Personio and are the first contact person for topics such as vacation, sickness and travel policy.
: You help us finding the best talent for our three offices in fields like, Robotics, IT, Operations & Sales.
- Tools & Processes
: You become an expert for our personnel management system and use your knowledge to set up lean processes.
Support on the following topics is appreciated:
- Team events
: You have great ideas on how to bring our three offices together on a regular basis - digital and in person.
- People Projects
: You can take over projects and initiatives in fields such as Performance Management, Employee Experience, Recruiting, Diversity and more - from idea to implementation.
: You graduated, no matter in which field, as long as you are enthusiastic about people topics.
: You bring 2-3 years of working experience within the above mentioned areas.
- Work style
: You always find a way to organize and structure your topics and your time in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Hard skills
: You love analysing, improving and implementing processes and have solid knowledge of German labor law.
- Soft skills:
You are an empathetic and trustworthy person.
: You confidently communicate in English, German is a big plus.
