Tech Support / Support Engineer (m/f/x)

f/m/x Robotics München

Your mission

  • You are responsible for taking care of support cases for our robotic kitchens.
  • You are the first go-to person for our (internal) customers and operations team and take care of trouble shooting and escalation management
  • You closely work together with our service technicians and suppliers to support planning of maintenance and repair activities
  • You remotely surveille our fleet of robotic kitchens with our own software platform and interact with our IT team to improve it
  • You help to ensure that customer service needs are considered in the product development process

Your profile

  • You have a "customer first" mindset.
  • You love to coordinate things and dive into complex support cases
  • You love technology and have a practical background in technical service or related fields
  • You have completed studies in the technical field or comparable qualification, robotics & automation background is a plus
  • You have a structured working approach and love to apply meaningful methodologies
  • You are a fast "out-of-the-box" thinker and a much faster "get-things-done" person.
  • You have a hands-on character and good communiation skills through all levels
  • You want to work in a high pace environment and be fully responsible to build and optimize technical systems and processes
  • You are willing to travel
  • You love robots and good food arounf the globe
  • You have outstanding English skills, German is a plus
