Finance & HR Coordinator (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • You will own fundamental finance processes like invoice management, payment cycles, credit card spend management, and preparatory accounting
  • You will support the monthly payroll process and the administrative onboarding of new team members
  • You will support the maintenance of our finance and HR software tools
  • You will coordinate the relationship with various vendors and service providers
  • You will contribute to a number of initiatives, aimed at improving our internal operations
  • You will assist the broader team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Your profile

  • You have at least 1-2 years of working experience
  • You gained experience in invoice processing and payroll operations
  • You have experience in working with finance and HR software tools
  • You have basic understanding of broader accounting and cost controlling topics
  • You are able to work independently, and to identify and implement potential process improvements
  • You speak fluent German and English
