Sales Manager/ Account Executive (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • You drive acquisition and lead generation with full ownership over your sales activities and help to ensure together with our Sales Team that our sales and revenue goals are achieved
  • You take over sales pitches and sales activities and are responsible for professionally advising your customers
  • You use traditional as well as digital channels and find new, creative ways to feed your sales funnel and to achieve contact closures
  • You manage the full sales cycle of our customers; from first contact to contract closing and all the steps along the way
  • You help co-creating the strategic development and achieve your goals by using OKRs
  • You work closely with our Account Management and Operations team to ensure your customers receive the best food experience possible

Your profile

  • You are an experienced B2B sales person, ideally with technology sales experience
  • You are familiar with selling complex products with a long-term lifespan
  • You have the flexibility and skills to handle not only quick wins but also complex deals over a longer time span
  • You are familiar with relevant business KPIs and respective monitoring
  • You are communicative, open-minded, energetic and have a hands-on mentality
  • You enjoy taking over responsibility and appreciate working as part of a team
  • You speak German and English on a native/business fluent level
