Working Student Customer Community Management (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • You are responsible for operating our Aitme Robotic Kitchen Robi at our customer on-site during lunch and evening peak-times
  • You ensure a smooth ordering experience for our customers with a first-class customer experience
  • You are the go-to-person for our customers on-site, providing them with all the relevant information on Robi and our food experience
  • You support with the preparation of the unit for daily operations
  • You assist our customers with their food orders, advising and promoting our menu
  • You help with tracking and analyzing operational customer KPIs like and support with deriving respective actions together with the team

Your profile

  • You are communicative, open-minded, energetic and love being around people
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are able to think on your feet and are not afraid of multi-tasking
  • You enjoy taking over responsibility and appreciate working independently but also as part of a team
  • First experiences in customer interactions such as working in service industry is a huge plus
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite
