Head of Technical Service (f/m/x)

f/m/x Customer Service München

Your mission

  • You create and lead our service organization
  • You develop the strategy of our service and the service products together with our sales team
  • You are responsible for managing time, cost and quality of our service activities
  • You define the maintenance and service plan of our robotic kitchens, incorporating service level agreements from our suppliers
  • You define and manage our remote fleet management together with our platform IT team
  • You coordinate our service technicians
  • You support our first cells and ramp up a team of support engineers
  • You ensure that customer service needs are considered in the product development process
  • You are the first go-to person for our (internal) customers and operations team and take care of trouble shooting and escalation management

Your profile

  • You have a "customer first" mindset with a strategic approach
  • You love to coordinate things and dive into complex support cases
  • You love technology and have a solid practical background in technical service processes
  • You have completed studies in the technical field or comparable qualification, robotics & automation background is a plus
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience
  • You have a structured working approach and love to apply meaningful methodologies
  • You are a fast ‘out of the box’ thinker and a much faster get-things-done person 
  • You have a hands-on character and good communication skills through all levels
  • You want to work in a high pace environment and be fully responsible to build and optimize technical systems and processes
  • You are willing to travel
  • You love robots and good food around the globe
  • You have outstanding English skills, German is a plus
