Talent Sourcer, Tech (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • You are accountable for sourcing for Tech roles across the organization (including Software Engineers, Roboticists, Mechanical Engineers, AI Engineer, Data Engineers/Scientists, etc.) and manage candidate pipelines from both passive and active sources
  • You create and maintain relationships with other recruiters, internal stakeholders and hiring managers to align on an overall talent acquisition strategy
  • You closely work with our Employer Branding and Candidate Experience team to attract and maintain candidate pipelines (i.e: attending job fairs)
  • You are consulting both recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing topics
  • You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimization
  • Location: Berlin

Your profile

  • You want to develop yourself in researching the best ways to find and engage with technical talents
  • You will use LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching (building boolean strings) and partner with Employer Branding to leverage different social media channels
  • You have experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time
  • You are authentic and empathetic
  • You are curious to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo
  • You love robots and good food around the globe
  • You have outstanding English skills
