Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (f/m/x)

Your mission

  • You are accountable for filling our technical roles across the the organization (e.g. Software Engineers, Roboticists, Mechanical Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers) and manage candidate pipelines from both passive and active sources
  • You align on an acquisition strategy with your internal stakeholders and design suitable hiring processes for each position
  • You control external agencies and service providers to ensure an efficient filling of positions 
  • You create an ideal candidate experience and take over the shaping of our external employer brand in alignment with the HR Business Partner
  • You use data to control and optimize your processes

Your profile

  • You ideally already gained first experience in filling technical roles (hardware or software) or you just have a special interest in it
  • You know how to use LinkedIn, Xing and further (Social Media) channels to identify and contact the best talents
  • You like creating recruiting processes for a variety of positions and being the contact person as well as advisor for your hiring managers 
  • You identify yourself with Aitme's mission and are empathetic and authentic dealing with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • You are curious to solve problems, love to challenge the status quo and bring in your own ideas
  • You ideally are fascinated by robots and good food around the globe
  • You have outstanding English skills, German is a big plus
